Savoy Helsinki SEP 2012

Finally had dinner at one of Finland´s most legendary restaurants Savoy.
 Sparkling Spruce juice instead of Champagne and a great view over the rooftops of Helsinki
 Harvest Menu
 Amuse Bouche-Oyster foam
 Lamb tartar
 Turbot-different mushrooms and truffle
 A palate cleanser being prepared from green tea and citrus juice
 A really cool Riedel carafe
 Duck-apple and curry

 Pre-dessert-Rosehips sorbet
 Fennel pannacotta-pineapple and salty licorice
The famous corner table always reserved for Marshall Mannerheim
