Motti Helsinki MAY 2012


An ex tempore dinner at restaurant Motti in Töölö on a lazy Saturday.



Whipped butter and house bread


Crayfish with herring ice-cream


Corn fed chicken on a brioche, chantarelles


Asparagus, morels and a tomato salad


Pike and smoked herring mousse, tomato, pea purée


Fresh sausage and pork cheek, smoked potato and cauliflower purée


Rhubarb pie, berry ice-cream and white chocolate mousse
