For those of you who are not familiar with the Nobu brand. It´s a contemporary Japanese restaurant chain with branches in London, Hong Kong, Las Vegas, New York and Moscow just to name a few locations. The Dubai branch is located in the massive Atlantis Hotel on the Palm Jumeira island.
We ordered a special 6 course omakase menu with a part of the sales going to a charity organization to help those people affected by the earthquake in Japan.

First time I´ve eaten a steak with chop sticks
Sushi and miso
Ice cream wrapped in rice cake. I have to say that this is the best ice-cream I have ever eaten
